Course
Long Run begins on a plateau in Nescopeck Township. It flows southwest, crossing the boundary between Nescopeck Township and Black Creek Township. It continues flowing southwest before turning south and re-entering Nescopeck Township. The stream then turns southwest again and receives an unnamed tributary from the right bank. After some distance, it turns south and eventually flows into Nescopeck Creek.
