List of mesoregions of São Paulo (state)
The state of São Paulo, Brazil, is divided into 15 mesoregions. These mesoregions are statistical divisions created by the Brazilian Institute of Geography and Statistics (IBGE) for aggregating similar municipalities. They are not administrative entities but serve as a basis for socioeconomic analysis and planning. The mesoregions are, in turn, subdivided into microregions.

- Itapetininga
- Litoral Sul Paulista
- Macro Metropolitana Paulista
- Marília
