Lindsay Anderson (footballer)

Lindsay Anderson is a former Scottish professional footballer who played as a midfielder. He is best known for his time with Dunfermline Athletic, where he made over 100 league appearances.

Anderson began his career at Hibernian, although he did not make a first-team appearance for the club. He then moved to Raith Rovers before joining Dunfermline Athletic in 1995. He spent five seasons with the Pars, becoming a regular in the first team and helping them gain promotion to the Scottish Premier League.

After leaving Dunfermline, Anderson played for a number of other clubs, including Forfar Athletic, Arbroath, and Montrose. He retired from professional football in 2007.

Anderson was known for his hard work and commitment on the pitch. He was a versatile midfielder who could play in a number of different positions. Since retiring, he has remained involved in football, working as a coach at youth level.
