Leon Beer (footballer)

Leon Beer is a German former professional footballer who played as a midfielder. He is best known for his time at FC Erzgebirge Aue, where he made over 100 appearances in the 2. Bundesliga and 3. Liga.

Career

Beer began his career in the youth ranks of FC Rot-Weiß Erfurt before moving to FC Erzgebirge Aue's second team. He eventually broke into the first team and became a regular starter. After his time at Aue, he played for several other clubs in the lower divisions of German football, including Chemnitzer FC and FSV Zwickau. He concluded his playing career in the Regionalliga Nordost.
