Len Davies (rugby union)

Len Davies (born 19 September 1899, died 15 June 1973) was a Welsh international rugby union player. He played club rugby for Newport RFC and representative rugby for Wales.

Davies was a hard-running centre noted for his strong tackling. He made his international debut for Wales against England on 17 January 1920 in the Five Nations Championship. He won a total of 11 caps for Wales between 1920 and 1923.

He was part of the Wales team that won the Triple Crown in 1920 and 1922. He also played against the touring New Zealand team in 1924 for Newport, though the team lost heavily.

His brother, Reg Davies, also played rugby for Newport and Wales.
