Julaki
Julaki (also sometimes spelled Julahki) is a term primarily used in Pakistan, and to a lesser extent in some parts of India, to describe a person who is deceptive, cunning, and often manipulative, particularly in financial dealings. The term carries a strong negative connotation, implying a lack of trustworthiness and a propensity to cheat or swindle others. The individual described as a "Julaki" is often perceived as being skilled at presenting a false appearance of honesty or sincerity to achieve their goals, which frequently involve financial gain or exploiting others' vulnerability. The term implies a deliberate and calculated effort to deceive, rather than a simple mistake or misunderstanding. While not a formal legal term, "Julaki" functions as a strong social condemnation of dishonest behavior.
