2001–02 Elitserien (men's handball)

The 2001–02 Elitserien season was the top flight of men's handball in Sweden. The league consisted of 12 teams. Redbergslids IK won the championship after defeating IFK Skövde HK in the finals. The season saw play in a round-robin format followed by playoffs.
