Josh Miller (baseball)

Joshua Paul Miller (born January 31, 1978) is an American former professional baseball pitcher. He played in Major League Baseball (MLB) for the Florida Marlins (2001-2003), Boston Red Sox (2004-2006), St. Louis Cardinals (2007), Tampa Bay Rays (2007-2009), and Los Angeles Dodgers (2010).

Miller was drafted by the Boston Red Sox in the 32nd round of the 1996 MLB Draft, but did not sign. He was then drafted by the Florida Marlins in the 5th round of the 1999 MLB Draft and signed.

He made his major league debut on September 5, 2001, with the Florida Marlins. In 2004, while playing for the Boston Red Sox, Miller won a World Series ring. He primarily pitched as a reliever during his career. Miller last played professionally in 2010.
