Josef Černý (cyclist)

Josef Černý (born 11 May 1993) is a Czech professional cyclist, who currently rides for UCI ProTeam Soudal Quick-Step.

Černý is a time trial specialist, having won multiple national championships in the discipline. He has also demonstrated strong performances in individual stages of Grand Tours. He won Stage 19 of the 2020 Giro d'Italia, a 124.5km individual time trial. He is also known for his strong performances in stage races, often finishing high in the general classification.
