Jonathan Wallace (Georgia politician)

Jonathan Wallace is an American politician currently serving as a Democratic member of the Georgia House of Representatives for District 119. District 119 encompasses parts of Clarke and Oconee counties.

Wallace was first elected to the Georgia House in 2017 in a special election, succeeding Spencer Frye, who resigned. He has since been re-elected multiple times.

During his tenure, Wallace has focused on issues such as education, healthcare, and environmental protection. He has also been a proponent of expanding Medicaid in Georgia. He serves on several House committees.

Wallace holds a law degree and prior to entering politics, worked as an attorney. He resides in Athens, Georgia.
