Johnsbach

Johnsbach is a small village and former municipality in the district of Murtal in Styria, Austria. In 2015, it was merged into the municipality of Hohentauern. Johnsbach is known for its location within the Gesäuse National Park and its proximity to hiking and mountaineering trails. The village church is a notable landmark. Historically, Johnsbach was a predominantly agricultural community, but tourism has become increasingly important to the local economy due to the area's natural beauty and recreational opportunities.
