John Tuttle (athlete)
John Tuttle (born January 9, 1958) is a former American middle-distance runner who specialized in the 800 meters. He represented the United States at the 1984 Summer Olympics in Los Angeles, reaching the semi-finals. Tuttle achieved a personal best of 1:44.94 in the 800 meters in 1984. He was also a successful collegiate runner, competing for the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). After his competitive career, he remained involved in the sport as a coach.
