John Lilley (ice hockey)
John Lilley (born November 27, 1955) is a retired Canadian professional ice hockey player.
Lilley played as a defenseman. He was drafted by the Vancouver Canucks in the 7th round (107th overall) of the 1975 NHL Entry Draft. He played 13 games in the National Hockey League (NHL) for the Canucks during the 1977-78 season, recording one assist.
Prior to playing professionally, Lilley played junior hockey for the New Westminster Bruins of the Western Hockey League (WHL). He was a member of the Bruins team that won the Memorial Cup in 1977.
Following his brief NHL career, Lilley played several seasons in the American Hockey League (AHL) for the Syracuse Firebirds, and the Central Hockey League (CHL) for the Fort Worth Texans.
