John Bailey (Australian politician)

John Bailey (born 1940) is a former Australian politician who served as a Labor member of the Queensland Legislative Assembly.

Bailey represented the electorate of Bulimba from 1988 to 2001. During his time in parliament, he held various parliamentary committee positions and was known for his work related to community safety and infrastructure development within his electorate. He retired from politics at the 2001 Queensland state election. After leaving parliament, Bailey remained active in his local community.
