Jay Seegmiller (politician)

Jay Seegmiller is an American politician and attorney who has served in the Utah House of Representatives. A Republican, he represents District 62, which includes parts of Washington County.

Seegmiller was first elected to the Utah House in November 2018. He serves on several committees, including those related to Judiciary, Revenue and Taxation, and Rules. His legislative priorities often focus on fiscal conservatism, limited government, and individual liberties.

Prior to his service in the Utah House, Seegmiller practiced law in southern Utah. He is a graduate of Brigham Young University and the J. Reuben Clark Law School at BYU. He has been actively involved in local community organizations.
