Jake Wade (baseball)

Jake Wade (born October 29, 1985) is a former professional baseball pitcher. He played in Major League Baseball (MLB) for the Los Angeles Dodgers in 2009.

Wade was drafted by the Dodgers in the 6th round of the 2004 MLB draft. He spent several years in the Dodgers' minor league system before making his MLB debut on September 13, 2009. In his brief MLB career, Wade appeared in two games, pitching a total of 2.2 innings. He did not record a decision or save, and his ERA was 10.13.

Following his MLB stint, Wade continued to play in the minor leagues, eventually retiring from professional baseball.
