Ilkka Remes (footballer)

Ilkka Remes (born August 29, 1963) is a Finnish former footballer. He played as a midfielder.

Remes spent the majority of his career playing in the Finnish Veikkausliiga for clubs such as Koparit, KuPS, and FF Jaro. He also had a brief stint with MyPa. He was known for his technical skill and ability to distribute the ball.

After retiring from professional football, Remes has been involved in coaching at the youth level.
