Huntington Park (San Francisco)
Huntington Park is a small, circular park located in the Nob Hill neighborhood of San Francisco, California. Situated between Taylor Street, California Street, Sacramento Street, and Grace Cathedral, it serves as a green space and gathering place for residents and visitors. The park is noted for its well-manicured lawns, flower beds, and central fountain. It is also a popular spot for dog walking, relaxing, and enjoying views of Grace Cathedral. Originally the site of the Nob Hill mansion of railroad baron Collis P. Huntington, the mansion was destroyed in the 1906 earthquake and fire. The land was subsequently donated to the city and converted into the park that exists today. Huntington Park is maintained by the San Francisco Recreation and Parks Department.
