Henry Cary (judge)

Henry Cary (1754 – 1849) was an American judge and politician in Virginia. He served as a judge of the Virginia General Court, holding that position for several decades.

Cary was born in Warwick County, Virginia. He was a member of a prominent Virginia family, tracing his lineage back to early English settlers. He studied law and was admitted to the Virginia bar.
