HNLMS Poolster (A835)

The HNLMS Poolster (A835) was a replenishment ship of the Royal Netherlands Navy. Commissioned in 1964 and decommissioned in 1994, she played a vital role in supporting naval operations by providing fuel, ammunition, and supplies to other vessels at sea. Poolster was part of the Poolster-class, which consisted of two such vessels, the other being HNLMS Zuiderkruis. She was crucial in extending the operational range and endurance of the Dutch fleet, participating in various exercises and deployments worldwide. Upon decommissioning, she was sold for scrap.
