Grenville (federal electoral district)

Grenville was a federal electoral district in Quebec, Canada, that existed intermittently between 1867 and 1968. Created for the initial 1867 election, it was abolished in 1914 into Argenteuil and Labelle. It was re-created in 1933 from parts of Argenteuil, Labelle, and Pontiac, and was abolished again in 1966 into Argenteuil and Gatineau. Throughout its history, Grenville primarily encompassed rural areas north of Montreal. Its political representation varied, with both Liberal and Conservative members elected over time.
