Gary Collier (basketball)
Gary Collier (born December 8, 1961) is an American former professional basketball player. A 6'6" (1.98 m) guard/forward, he played college basketball at Oral Roberts University.
Collier was selected by the Cleveland Cavaliers in the 6th round (137th overall) of the 1984 NBA Draft. He played in the NBA for the Cavaliers (1984-1985) and the Chicago Bulls (1985-1986), appearing in a total of 36 games and averaging 2.0 points per game.
Following his NBA career, Collier played professionally overseas in various leagues. He is known for his athletic ability and scoring prowess.
After retiring from professional basketball, Collier has remained involved in basketball through coaching and youth development programs.
