Ederheim

Ederheim is a municipality in the Donau-Ries district, in Bavaria, Germany. It is located approximately 15 kilometers northeast of Donauwörth. The municipality consists of the villages of Ederheim, Anhausen, Hürnheim, and Reismühle.

Ederheim's history dates back to the Middle Ages. The village of Ederheim itself was first mentioned in documents in the 12th century. Throughout its history, the area has been primarily agricultural.

The local economy is largely based on agriculture and small businesses. There are several active clubs and associations within the municipality, reflecting a vibrant community life.

Geographically, Ederheim is situated in a rural area characterized by rolling hills and agricultural land. It is located near the Wörnitz River, a tributary of the Danube.
