Eat Your Heart Out (band)

Eat Your Heart Out is an Australian pop-punk band formed in Newcastle, New South Wales in 2012. The band consists of Caitlin Henry (vocals), Will Moore (guitar), Dom Cant (guitar), Jake Cronin (bass), and Lauka Versaevel (drums).

Eat Your Heart Out gained traction through online platforms, releasing their debut EP, Distance Between Us, in 2017. They are known for their melodic songwriting, catchy hooks, and relatable lyrics dealing with themes of heartbreak, anxiety, and self-doubt. Their music is often compared to bands like Paramore, Tonight Alive, and State Champs.

The band has toured extensively, both domestically and internationally, supporting acts such as Knuckle Puck, Real Friends, and Trophy Eyes. They have released several EPs and singles, building a dedicated fanbase within the pop-punk community.
