David A. Thomas (educator)

David A. Thomas is an American educator and academic administrator. He is best known for his work in the fields of organizational behavior, diversity, inclusion, and leadership.

Thomas received his Bachelor of Science degree in Administrative Sciences from Yale University and his Master of Philosophy and Doctor of Philosophy degrees in Organizational Behavior from Yale University's School of Management.

Throughout his career, Thomas has held faculty positions at several leading business schools, including the Harvard Business School and the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He has served as Dean of the Georgetown University McDonough School of Business (2011-2016) and as President of Morehouse College in Atlanta, Georgia (2018-2024).
