Dan Casey (footballer)

Dan Casey (born 12 September 1997) is an Irish professional footballer who plays as a defender for Motherwell.

Career

Casey began his career in the youth ranks of Sunderland before joining Bohemians in 2017. He then played for Cork City before moving to the United States to play college soccer at Sacramento State. Following his time in the US, he returned to Ireland and signed for Shelbourne. He then joined Dundalk in 2023. On 23 January 2024, Casey signed for Scottish Premiership club Motherwell.
