Coleraine (District Electoral Area)

The Coleraine District Electoral Area (DEA) is one of seven DEAs in Causeway Coast and Glens Borough Council in Northern Ireland. Located in the former Coleraine Borough Council area, it elects six councillors to the borough council. The DEA includes the town of Coleraine itself and surrounding rural areas.

Boundaries are reviewed periodically by the Local Government Boundaries Commissioner for Northern Ireland. The current boundaries were established for the 2014 local elections.

The Coleraine DEA contains a mix of urban and rural communities.
