Chris Jacobs (swimmer)
Chris Jacobs (born September 3, 1964) is an American former competition swimmer and Olympic champion. He represented the United States at the 1988 Summer Olympics in Seoul, South Korea, where he won two gold medals and one silver medal. Jacobs was a member of the winning U.S. teams in the 4×100-meter freestyle relay and the 4×100-meter medley relay. He also earned a silver medal in the 100-meter freestyle. Prior to the Olympics, Jacobs swam collegiately for the University of Florida, where he was a multiple-time All-American. Following his swimming career, he pursued a career in finance.
