Chavanga (river)

The Chavanga is a river located on the Kola Peninsula in Murmansk Oblast, Russia. It flows into the White Sea. The river is known for its salmon spawning grounds and is popular for recreational fishing. The Chavanga flows generally eastward through sparsely populated tundra and taiga landscapes.
