Charles Randall (Maine politician)

Charles Randall (1824-1904) was an American politician from Maine. He served as the 31st Governor of Maine from 1879 to 1880.

Born in Wayne, Maine, Randall was a member of the Republican Party. Before becoming governor, he served in the Maine House of Representatives and the Maine State Senate. His tenure as governor was marked by efforts to address the state's financial difficulties and promote economic development. After his term as governor, Randall returned to private life. He was a farmer and businessman. He died in 1904.
