Bryan Patterson is a former professional squash player from the United States. He was a prominent figure in the sport during the 1970s and 1980s, known for his aggressive style and impressive shot-making ability.

Patterson achieved a career-high world ranking of No. 3 in 1975. He was a consistent competitor in major international squash tournaments, including the British Open and the World Open. While he never won either of those prestigious titles, he reached the semi-finals of the British Open on multiple occasions.
