Brian Cox (actor)
Brian Cox (born June 1, 1946) is a Scottish actor. He has worked extensively with the Royal Shakespeare Company and the Royal National Theatre, where he gained recognition for his stage performances. Cox is also a prolific film and television actor.
Early Life and Career:
Born in Dundee, Scotland, Brian Cox was raised in a working-class family. He trained at the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art (LAMDA). Early roles included stage work and small television appearances.
