Bolani

Bolani is a stuffed, flatbread originating from Afghanistan. It is typically made with a thin dough, which is then filled with various ingredients such as potatoes, spinach, lentils, pumpkin, or chives. The filled dough is then either baked, fried, or pan-fried until golden brown. Bolani is often served with a yogurt-based dipping sauce, such as mast-o khiar (yogurt with cucumber).
