Blair Gap is a wind gap located in Blair County, Pennsylvania, USA. It is a notable geographic feature representing a former water gap carved through the Allegheny Front, the eastern escarpment of the Allegheny Plateau.

The gap is significant for its role in regional history and transportation. Prior to the construction of railroads and modern highways, Blair Gap offered a relatively low-elevation passage through the otherwise steep Allegheny Front, making it a valuable route for settlers and commerce moving westward from the eastern seaboard. The Allegheny Portage Railroad, an inclined plane railway system designed to transport canal boats over the mountains, utilized the area near Blair Gap.

Today, Interstate 99 (I-99) traverses the area near Blair Gap, providing a modern transportation corridor through the mountains. The gap itself remains a visible landform and a point of interest for geographers and historians. The surrounding area is characterized by rugged terrain and forested landscapes.
