Bitter-Sweet (Bryan Ferry album)

Bitter-Sweet is the fifteenth studio album by English singer Bryan Ferry, released on November 30, 2018, on BMG Rights Management. The album follows a similar stylistic path as Ferry's 2012 album The Jazz Age, featuring reinterpretations of songs from Ferry's back catalog, as well as other popular songs, performed in a 1920s jazz style. Bitter-Sweet was conceived as a companion piece to the 1920s-set German television drama Babylon Berlin, with Ferry appearing in the show performing songs from the album. The tracklist includes Roxy Music and Bryan Ferry solo tracks such as "While My Heart Is Still Beating," "Sign of the Times," and "Reason or Rhyme," alongside covers like "Dance Me to the End of Love" by Leonard Cohen. The album's arrangements are credited to Ferry and Colin Good.
