Batuva

Batuva is a village located in the district of Kulgam in the union territory of Jammu and Kashmir, India. Situated at an altitude of approximately 2,300 meters (7,500 feet), it is known for its scenic beauty and proximity to the Pir Panjal range. The village is predominantly inhabited by Kashmiri-speaking Muslims. Agriculture, particularly apple and walnut farming, is a primary source of income for the residents. Batuva is also becoming increasingly known as a destination for trekking and eco-tourism due to its relatively unspoiled natural environment. The village is connected to other parts of the district by road.
