Arcelia (municipality)

Arcelia is a municipality located in the Tierra Caliente region of the state of Guerrero, Mexico. It is situated in the northern part of the state, bordering the State of Mexico.

Geography:

The municipality experiences a hot and dry climate, typical of the Tierra Caliente region. The terrain is characterized by mountains and valleys. The main river in the area is the Balsas River, which forms part of the municipality's border.

History:
