Ani Lorak

Ani Lorak (Ukrainian: Ані Лорак; born Karolina Myroslavivna Kuiek, Ukrainian: Кароліна Мирославівна Куєк; September 27, 1978) is a Ukrainian singer, songwriter, actress, and businesswoman. She represented Ukraine in the Eurovision Song Contest 2008 with the song "Shady Lady," finishing in second place.

Lorak is one of the most commercially successful singers in Ukraine and Russia. She has released numerous albums, achieving platinum and gold status in both countries. Her musical style primarily falls within the pop genre, often incorporating elements of folk and dance music.

Throughout her career, Lorak has received numerous awards and accolades, including several Golden Gramophone Awards and MUZ-TV Awards. She has also been recognized for her humanitarian work.
