Amy Myers (artist)
Amy Myers (born c. 1970s) is an American abstract artist known for her densely layered, often biomorphic paintings and works on paper. Her process involves building up surfaces with multiple layers of paint, collage, and other media, creating complex and textured compositions.
Myers' work explores themes of nature, science, and the human condition. Her paintings often evoke microscopic or macroscopic views of the natural world, suggesting growth, decay, and transformation.
