Alpha (The Walking Dead)

Alpha was the primary antagonist of the ninth and tenth seasons of AMC's television series The Walking Dead. She was the ruthless and fanatical leader of the Whisperers, a group of survivors who had adopted a primitive lifestyle, disguising themselves with walker skin and moving among the undead to survive.

Alpha's defining characteristics included her shaved head, scarred face, and unwavering commitment to her philosophy that humans should embrace their primal nature and reject civilization. She believed that emotions were weaknesses and enforced strict rules within her group, often through brutal violence. Her relationship with her daughter, Lydia, was complex and abusive, forming a key narrative element during her reign of terror.
