All Souls Church (Tannersville, New York)

All Souls Church is a historic Episcopal church located in Tannersville, Greene County, New York. The church, constructed between 1894 and 1896, is a significant example of Shingle Style architecture in the Catskill Mountain region. It was designed by architect Robert W. Gibson, who also designed the nearby Saint Margaret's Church in Margaretville.

The church building is characterized by its steeply pitched roof, asymmetrical composition, and the extensive use of wooden shingles. Notable features include a prominent bell tower, stained glass windows, and intricate interior woodwork. The design incorporates elements of both English Gothic and American Shingle Style aesthetics.

All Souls Church served a growing summer population in Tannersville during the late 19th and early 20th centuries. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2000, recognizing its architectural and historical importance to the area. The church continues to serve as an active Episcopal parish.
