Adam Berg (publisher)
Adam Berg was a 16th-century German printer and publisher, active primarily in Munich. He is known for his extensive and high-quality publications, particularly in the areas of theology, law, and history. Berg's printing shop played a significant role in the dissemination of Counter-Reformation thought. He held the title of printer to the Bavarian court from 1563. Some of his notable publications include works by Peter Canisius and various editions of religious and legal texts. Berg's publications are characterized by their clear typography and careful editing. He died in 1610.
