Abdul Khan (Nepalese politician)

Abdul Khan is a Nepalese politician affiliated with the Janamat Party. He currently serves as a Member of Parliament (MP) in the House of Representatives of Nepal, elected from the Rautahat 1 constituency during the 2022 general election. Before entering national politics, Khan was active in the Janamat Party at the Madhesh Province level. He held the portfolio of Minister of Water Supply in the Pushpa Kamal Dahal-led government from January 17, 2023, until February 27, 2023, when he was dismissed from the position. The dismissal stemmed from controversy surrounding his citizenship.
