Ministry of Civil Service (Taiwan)

The Ministry of Civil Service (MOCS) (考試院銓敘部) is the ministry of the Examination Yuan in the Republic of China (Taiwan) responsible for the administration of civil service personnel, including recruitment, classification, compensation, performance evaluation, promotion, discipline, and retirement. It is responsible for upholding the principles of fair and open competition in the civil service system and ensuring the impartiality and efficiency of government employees.
