2021 Scottish Open (snooker)
The 2021 Scottish Open was a professional ranking snooker tournament held from 6 to 12 December 2021 at the Emirates Arena in Glasgow, Scotland. It was the seventh ranking event of the 2021/2022 snooker season. Part of the Home Nations Series, it was the fifth Scottish Open to be held as a ranking event since its reintroduction to the calendar in 2016.
Mark Selby was the defending champion, having defeated Ronnie O'Sullivan in the 2020 final, but he was defeated by Luca Brecel in the quarter-finals.
Luca Brecel won the tournament, defeating John Higgins 9–5 in the final. This victory marked Brecel's second ranking title. The highest break of the tournament was a 144 made by David Gilbert.
