1993–94 Division 1 season (Swedish ice hockey)

The 1993–94 Division 1 season was the 19th season of Division 1, the second-level ice hockey league in Sweden.

Overview

Division 1 was divided into four groups: A, B, C, and D. Teams competed within their respective groups, with the top teams from each group qualifying for Allsvenskan, the qualification league for Elitserien (now the Swedish Hockey League). The teams that did not qualify for Allsvenskan participated in playoffs to avoid relegation to Division 2. The season ultimately determined promotion to Allsvenskan and relegation to Division 2 for the following season.
