1906 U.S. National Championships (tennis)
The 1906 U.S. National Championships were tennis tournaments held in the United States. The men's tournament was held at the Newport Casino in Newport, Rhode Island, beginning August 21, 1906. The women's tournament was held at the Philadelphia Cricket Club in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, starting June 19, 1906.
Richard Sears was the challenge round winner, defeating Robert LeRoy in straight sets (6-3, 6-2, 6-4) to win the Men's Singles title. Beals Wright won the right to challenge Sears by defeating Karl Behr in the All Comers final.
Helen Homans defeated Maud Barger-Wallach in the Women's Singles final (6-4, 6-3) to claim the title. This was Homans' only U.S. National title.
The men's doubles tournament saw Holcombe Ward and Beals Wright defeat Fred Alexander and Raymond Little in the final. Ann Burdette Green and Elizabeth Moore won the women's doubles title, defeating Helen Homans and Clover Boldt.
