Šibenik (mountain)

Šibenik is a mountain located in Bosnia and Herzegovina. It is situated in the central part of the country, near the town of Kupres. Šibenik forms part of the larger Vlašić mountain range. It is known for its relatively gentle slopes and meadows, making it popular for hiking and other outdoor recreational activities. The highest peak of Šibenik is not definitively established in all sources, but it typically ranges between 1,800 and 1,900 meters above sea level. During winter, the mountain experiences significant snowfall, attracting skiers and snowboarders. The area around Šibenik is also rich in flora and fauna, typical of the Dinaric Alps.
