Öblarn
Öblarn is a municipality in the Liezen District of Styria, Austria. It is located in the Ennstal valley, at the foot of the Grimming mountain. The area is known for both summer and winter tourism.
The municipality consists of the cadastral communities of Sonnberg and Öblarn.
Historically, Öblarn was a mining area, with copper mining playing a significant role in its past. Agriculture and forestry are also important sectors of the local economy.
Tourist attractions in and around Öblarn include hiking trails, skiing slopes, and the nearby Grimming mountain, a popular destination for climbers. The village itself features traditional Austrian architecture and a parish church with historical significance.
