(55637) 2002 UX25 is a large trans-Neptunian object (TNO), classified as a cubewano. Cubewanos are classical Kuiper Belt objects, meaning they have low-eccentricity and low-inclination orbits that do not have significant orbital resonances with Neptune.

It was discovered on October 30, 2002, by the Spacewatch survey at Kitt Peak National Observatory.

Estimates of its diameter vary, but it is believed to be around 625 kilometers, making it a dwarf planet candidate. However, this determination is based on albedo assumptions and direct measurement is needed for confirmation.
